It seemed like an impossible situation - my condo in Vancouver was being rented, the Property Management Company was extremely difficult to deal with, and I was living 15 time zones away when I decide I have had enough and it is time to sell. Who ya gonna call? Wayne of course. I have dealt with Wayne twice before and trust him implicitly. I sent him an email and just sat back and waited. He took care of everything. He even got n touch with the tenants himself when the Property Management Company would not return any emails or phone calls.
